The car.

Originally owned by the Norwegian Royal Family, it was purchased by the Autotron in 1971. The car has been given a different color. The mighty V12 engine is in completely original condition.

The history.

The car was once donated by the American Metropolitan Orchestra to Kirsten Flagstad for her enormous musical performances. Later the Lincoln came into the possession of the Norwegian Royal Family. The car was used on some very special occasions. For example at the opening of the Varoddbrua bridge in 1956. The car was also used for the inauguration tour of King Olav in 1958.

Bilen.

Opprinnelig eid av den norske kongefamilien, ble den kjøpt av Autotron i 1971. Den mektige V12-motoren er i all original stand.

Bilen ble en gang donert av American Metropolitan Orchestra til Kirsten Flagstad for hennes enorme musikalske forestillinger. Senere kom Lincoln i besittelse av den norske kongefamilien. Bilen ble brukt ved noen helt spesielle anledninger. For eksempel ved åpningen av Varoddbrua i 1956. Bilen ble også brukt til innvielsesturen til kong Olav i 1958.
